Limited recovery

    As someone who works a full time labour intensive job, what’s the best way to gauge my recovery on a dieting phase. Also as it is exceptionally taxing on my back would decreasing volume in each session or reducing the amount of sessions where the back is trained be more optimal. Thank your time
