I really like to eat for overall health, I was just wondering on your take on fatty fish and liver (I really enjoy both)
I know it’s person dependant but is there a rough outline to how much is safe to consume? I’d like to eat 4 days out of 8 of each of those… is it best to try that and then get bloods done?
