When following each program, there are different rep ranges within each exercise (top set followed by back off set of sort for at least the compound movements)
Does load change with these suggested rep ranges. For example: 80% max load with rep range of 6-8 then drop down to X% load for a rep range of 10-12
If so do we have suggested percentage of what the load should be for those different ranges. (How much I should drop load to reach the higher ranges (10% ish)
