Hi coaches! I qas doing my pull workout planning, I have a pull A and B sessions. One is horizontal bias, another is vertical bias. But I’d like to do rope pullover first more like a “warm up” exercise.
I was wondering when doing the rope pullover as the first exercise, should I pay attention to loading lenghten or shorten position depends on which pull day I’m doing?
Lets say my pull A, the second exercise is t-bar pad row. And my Pull B, my second exercise is a weighted pull ups. Will loading different parts on the rope pullover be more benefits to my workout? Or just do the way I’m most comfortable with? What’s your suggestions? Hope thats not a dumb question, thank you!
