Loaded Stretching

    Hey Coach, I have a question on loaded Stretching. I have seen you do this a number of times on different body parts after a finisher/pump work and I was just wondering what is the purpose behind stretching a muscle right after going through a grueling set?

    Does this aid in recovery?
    Does this possibly lead to more muscle hypertrophy?

    Just want some clarity on this and want to understand your thought process.
