Hey coaches!
I’m in Australia and have been using your shoulder program for the past 6 months and made amazing gains. Unfortunately we’ve been locked down again and I’ve gotta go back to home workouts. All I’ve got is a bar, adjustable dumbbells, bench and 70kg of weight. This weight will be too light for my compound exercises and I was wondering what the best split would be for my workouts. Would it be best to hit the main lifts (squat, bench, over head press, and bent over row) several times a week so I get lots of volume and frequency in (bc of the lighter weight) to maintain my gains. OR stick to the usual split for your shoulder program?
