Just a question as gyms currently closed here and really want to grow some wings (lats) at home. I have access to a barbell with 100kg in plates, Olympic rings and bands.
Have been hitting some single arm pull downs with the bands (trying to replicate pull downs as much as I can), really focusing on form on pull ups and bent over rows keeping arms closer to torso etc..
Any other tips please?
And also under hand grip rows better for hitting lats?
