    I’ve looked at my logbook and as my weight has increased my volume has decreased, is this okay and what to do ?

    I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m on the upper/lower split and the first 2 weeks had exercises on sets of 4 and now as the intensity has increased from weeks 3 onward the sets have halved to 2 working sets. Therefore as I’m only on week 4 my weight on each exercise has only slightly increased from the first 2 weeks of the program
