Logbook Bugs

    Hi everyone

    I love the app but I am kind of hating the logbook due to its many bugs as reported by the other members.

    Personally for me, my workout logs keeps getting deleted and exercises are being duplicated for no reason. I have reached out to Support previously regarding this issue but it seems that the issue keeps repeating itself. I’ve also ensured that I click the ‘Log and Start Next Exercise’ button everytime to avoid this issue but it still happens.

    I have attached an image to illustrate this but my data for B1 exercise keeps getting deleted and an A1 exercise has been duplicated. The B1 exercise will also disappear for the next workout which means that I will totally not be able to log that particular exercise the next time.

    This has happened multiple times it is getting a little frustating due to the lack of assistance from support despite reaching out multiple times. I’ve had to resort to screenshotting every exercise to ensure that I do not lose all my logs.

    I am unsure if others are facing the same issue but I hope that me bringing this up in the forum will help bring this issue/bug to light. However, if anyone else has this issue and knows the solution to this, please help me out.

    I am sorry to hear you are having an issue, we pushed new code live over the weekend which should solve any problems.

    Can you please check over the next couple of days and let me know if all ok

    Hi,

    I’ve noticed that this deleting and duplicating of data only happens whenever I replace/swap an exercise to a different one as it just happened again today.

    I am not sure why but on days that I follow each workout exactly as planned without changing any of the exercises, I do not face this issue of losing data.

    Not sure if this helps you to fix this issue but hope you can look further into this.

    Yep I have the latest version but still missing today’s log in the calendar

    Oh no! I guess we all face different issues but i’m pretty sure they’re working hard on it so let’s be patient and wait for more updates ๐Ÿ™‚

    The logbook issue should now be resolved for all future data.

    I am extremely sorry to report that any previous data that is lost is unrecoverable, however from this point forward all new data and notes should be working perfectly.

    If you have any issues at all from this point forward, please can you let me know via the app.

    In your profile if you click Contact Support > Report a bug

    I will personally resolve any issue you have
