I’m a personal trainer and I usually wrote some details about the workouts I had today (with my clients). I’m using Google sheets and I write the reps, sets and some notes about technique as well in a training program.. it’s take very long time and very very uncomfortable.
I know it’s very individual and depends in the person but I would like to hear from you, how do you deal with logbooking for clients.
notebook/sheets? after each workout or in the end of the day?
