Just started push pull lower.
I assume the numbers in the box are recommended rep range.
If 4 sets in there to start are they working sets? Do you log warm up set too?
You can wait Joe’s answer to be 100% sure but no, you don’t need to log warm up sets. If there’s 4 set for an exercise those are meant to be working sets
