    Hey!

My femurs are very long so seem to always struggle to find the right position on the lying leg curl (don’t have a seated leg curl)

Do you have any tips on setup for a long femur individual on this machine?

    Thanks

It really depends on the structure of the machine (manufacturer) we are dealing with and how it allows you to adjust the angles/pads etc.

Your alignment is no different than a person with 2” femurs. Find the pivot point of the machine and be certain your knee joint is pivoting in alignment with that. Other than that, be conscious of bracing your hips / core area.

Not a big deal. Knee at the machine axis. Even that isn’t very important if the pad rolls to be honest. Just keep the thigh flush on the pad. You’ll be good
