In your opinion what is the best strength profile to prioritize long head tricep development?
I have a hard time hitting this area correctly and end up with elbow pain when progressing on your typically “long head movements”…. overhead dumbbell extension, French Press, etc.

Thank you Joe! I appreciate it the reply. I’m a big fan of your cable variations and just got a new prime fitness functional trainer in my garage gym, so I will put those to work. Thank you for saying I don’t have to do overhead Extension work!
