Hey guys. Just looking for a second opinion on my situation. I totally get in my own head with things and would love your opinion.
Been dieting slowly all year. Down 10-12lbs. Performance in the gym has been great until the past week or 2. Dieted from 17.5% body fat to 14% according to a scale.
Considering 1 more week of the diet phase then slowly reverse to maintenance. Just got through week 2 of the power building program and things are going great. Really want more calories to push thru this split though.
Would this plan be smart so I’m not chronically dieting? Thanks in advance!
