    I am new to app joined yesterday i train 3 days a week I am struggling to find examples of upper lower splits or half body splits? Please help what’s your opinion joe

    They seem quite basic hard to get some variety in there?

    Just add in pump/finishers if you feel the need for more volume (that section on the site is one of my current areas of focus to continue to add to)

    I would start with just at the end of the workout. Monitor progress for several weeks with just that. Adjust from there
