Loosing reps

    Is it normal from time to time to loose reps on an exercise? Today I lost reps on my DB bench but I gained reps on my 2nd exercise (shoulder press)…? My nutrition/sleep is on point and consistent. I’m sure there are other factors that plays into it, but have you guys experience this from time to time..?
