    The knowledge on this app is invaluable. And I’ll continue to turn to it for the wealth of information it provides. But I’ve pretty much lost all confidence in the ability of the logger to track my sessions without losing reps, weights and sometime even replacing the current information with stuff from a previous week.

    I’ve resorted to taking screenshots during workouts to make sure I have a copy what I actually did to compare with what gets saved. Alot of unnecessary work. Frustrating AF. I’ve opened up issue with support, some things get addressed…but then data loss happens some other way. Alot of great ideas for enhancements have been talked about…but I’d be happy to get some basic stuff working 💯.

    figured I could add on to this post since I have a slight “bug”/improvement regarding the logger.

    first, I totally love the information you all bring, the programs you guys have made, truly feel this has been worth the investment in my health and can’t thank ya’ll enough!

    that said, the part of the logger where you create your OWN workout (under the new program creation feature) does not let you add sets to the exercises you add. also, the rep range I type in for each exercise disappears once I start the workout itself. the only way to add sets is to start the workout and add the sets there, but there’s no way for me to denote the rep ranges for those said sets.

    if i am doing something wrong/missing a way to add those sets on the edit page please let me know – cause it very well could be my lack of tech knowledge haha.

    but, it would be great to be able to add sets for each exercise on the editing page, have the ability to denote rep ranges for each of those sets, and also indicate if a drop set should follow (similar to how the current programs have the rep range greyed out in the little box & a question mark/note area at the top to denote drops).

    It seems the biggest reason for the total disappearance is switching programs/weeks. Anytime I add my own workouts in a new week the same exercises show no previous work

    Yes I absolutely love this app in general but loss of information -especially notes, can be frustrating. I now write the notes out on paper prior to phase changes so I have a record of them to write them back in again. Have brought it up with cust. service several times.

    I am extremely sorry that this is happening and can only imagine the frustration it’s causing.

    This is NOT the standard we want to deliver.

    I am personally working with the team to get this resolved as our #1 priority and will report back here by end of today Friday 22nd

    Update on our progress today, we have identified a small issue on the server side code that I am personally working on, we will continue to resolve this over the weekend.

    Our app team is running further “stress” tests on the apps, this is where we bombard our test apps with data over and over to try and break it.

    Again, this will continue to run over the weekend and should identify additional areas we can improve.

    I will report back Monday.

    I assure you, I will get to the bottom of this and make the app perfect for you!

    Hey everyone, I hope you had a good weekend?!

    We have pushed sveral updates to the server side code over the weekend and I have personally been testing today.

    Can you please check today/tomorrow and let me know if you experience any further issues?
