    Hi , I was / am updated yesterday, just checked App Store, no new since yesterday, and also checked my log book again now, still no sign of my notes. Thanks

    Hey Dave, my app auto updated early this morning at 1:45am EST. I’m assuming that is the update support is referring to. I don’t rely too much on the notes, but the one or two that I have are intact. But I’m thinking if they were lost…they are probably lost for good. I hope I’m wrong for your sake. Hoping this update has stabilized things. 🤞

    Thanks Danny Tom yes I hope so too. I always write out a hard copy of my notes prior to a phase change as they usually go missing, however this time there was no phase change so I didn’t write them out by hand. And now no notes.

    Flawless session today with the logger. No lost data. But I kept getting this bug reporting popup on my phone every time I toss my phone onto gym bag. Was constantly clearing it from my screen the whole session.

    I keep getting this again although things have been mentioned. I’ve updated the app, I have recently started the next phase of my PPL 2.0 (week 5) and I’ve made a few exercise recommendations swaps to suit the equipment I have available and I’m losing my sets and reps myself again.
    I’m not letting it get to me anymore now as I’ve been using the app long enough to have gained the experience of where I left off and gained the knowledge that I have from this app to let something which is out of our control stress me out, just trying to be positive that these little bugs will fix themselves and updates etc and carry on week in week out just trying to improve and make progress with how I feel, look, and how my stress, sleep, digestion, hunger cues are, how strong I’m getting, and how my form and execution is progressing and how I’m consistent with just everything else I can control. Just love the process of always trying to improve ourselves! 👍🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 keep at it! I’m sure these boys will keep improving this app! Have faith! 👌🏽

    Hi Joe and Bryce,

    Loving the progress I’ve experienced in the last few months thanks to your programming and education, can’t stress that enough,
    however I am having real issues with the log book and frankly terrible/no communication from customer service/support about this ongoing issue.

    I have lost notes again as I mentioned in an earlier post and I also just realized now that the program I was on (and loving) ,full body AB, week 12, day 2, has been knocked back to week one (4% complete apparently).

    Regarding notes etc, do you think its better if I just go back to paper and pen for logging and notes? No big deal to do that, I don’t mind. I bought the app mainly for your programming and educational stuff anyway.

    Also I would love to hear back from support/ customer service sometime. It has been almost a month since I was told they’d get back to me.

    Thanks again guys, still a great investment I am glad I made despite these little logbook note issues.

    Think theres a lot of issues on the lobbook specifically when you try to logbook your own program that you can create. For me its completely messed. Everytime i click save and continue to next exercise and then i try swipe back the number of reps are gone. Even if i save the workout and return back to it the reps are gone. I had to screenshot my reps today. But for the programs that are set in the app iv had very little logbook issues

    Thank you very much Joe, support has just gotten in touch. At a glance issue looks to be fixed. Just wanted to reiterate that joining your app has exceeded my expectations -even with the little log book issue. I have finally seen some real physique improvements- which is a direct result of your guidance and programming on here. For that I’m 100% satisfied, happy and grateful.

    Logger has been pretty stable this week. No lost data…but ended up with two entries for the same workout in the logger calendar today.

    If I’m running a program and my gym doesn’t have a machine when I switch change for recommended exercise next week I have to obviously make the switch again. And there my data is never saved. It only wants to save the input from the original program exercises.
