KeymasterIf I’m running a program and my gym doesn’t have a machine when I switch change for recommended exercise next week I have to obviously make the switch again. And there my data is never saved. It only wants to save the input from the original program exercises.

ParticipantI’m losing my info or I don’t know how to look at my previous sessions. I’m going old school.. Pen and paper for double logging.

ParticipantToday was not a good session in terms of logging. While I’m fortunate in that I’m not losing all of my data like some others here, I had to go and put back whole exercises worth of sets data because it overwrote my info with the stuff from last week. Fortunately I had screenshots to refer to. I’m being diligent about typing in my data carefully and pressing enter on both the rep count and weights before moving onto the next exercise. And I’m still constantly clearing that “contact support” popoup. Not sure what more we can do. I’m ok with screenshoting stuff and fixing my data afterwards, but not planning to do this much longer.

Did a session with the updated app. Still losing data. Saving old rep counts, previous weights used.

KeymasterHey Danny, I’m really sorry for the continued issues you are having.
Could you just double check that you have latest version of the app please?
If so, when in the workout log can you triple tap the screen, this will bring up a bug report window.
If you could submit a bug from this window.
The reason I ask is that this will submit your device information to us so that we can see exactly what is happening on your device and pin point the problem right away.

ParticipantBeen sending screen recordings to support showing the data being lost even before saving the session at the end. Started a new program and the problems seems to be getting worse. In the past I had only seen problems where some sets had missing data. But yesterday and today. I started seeing the session list showing “complete”, but the session is missing from the calendar. So I’m not able to see whether the data is correct or not. Does this mean all of the session data is gone for those two days?

KeymasterHi Danny, I am really sorry for the continued issues.
I have personally tested on every possible device we have available and am unable to replicate the specific issue you expeirence.
At this time I am really sorry to say we don’t have a fix right now.
We will continue to work on it, if you can submit a bug in the app anytime you have an issue this will be a huge help for us to continue to log the fault and work on a resolution for you.
