    What is the best advise for someone who is 6.7 tall who struggle to build bigger muscle and whenever I gain some mass I lose it later, what is the best way to keep the gains and grow bigger for a tall person? Thanks

    Exactly the same as everyone else. Train and eat CONSISTENTLY. And progressively. Only difference is you’ll have to eat more (that has more to do with weight than height though). If you’re up and down, consistency is your missing piece. No magic answer. Track your workouts. Track your food. Do it for weeks, months, years on end.
