After training Full Body A/B 2.0 I felt super tired to the point I was too lazy to walk and occasional, my daily calories are around 2000 calories but sleep wasn’t the best, I tried another workout using workout A but got to cut out a lot of the volume and still felt bad. I was planning on doing a recovery phase and try Push Pull Lower but I notice it starts with 1 RIR, if I start with a 3 RIR will it affect my results?
Hi Cody, I recommend focusing on your sleep and nutrition. Once you have both in a better state, you can simply train harder and hit the 0RIR sets. No point in training with such intensity if you can’t set yourself up to recover from it and do it again next workout.
