Just started the hc gives you wings program and im lost on the push day. Is the only difference between the 2 incline db presses (low and just “incline db press”) just a drop in angle? The video for both movements is the same one.
Looks like that may be my mistake. The 1st push day has low incline db as 1st lift and smith machine incline 3rd. I used alternate workout for the smith machine and the first one it gave me was incline db press. Was confused why it would have me what appeared to be the same lift and rep range twice.
