Low Rep Flys

    I am doing the chest focused program right now and I have noticed that the flys are done with only 6-8 reps, how can I do this kind of weight without feeling very compromised at the very beginning of the set as my chest and shoulders are both in very weak positions. I normally do my flys between 10-15 reps so I’m just trying to adjust.
