I train consistently 4 days a week and on about 2800 cals per day. Am fairly lean and muscular all over except for fat in my lower back and belly. Is it just a fact I have to reduce cals and add cardio or a age related thing. Im 62.
Thank you for your advice. When you say lower carbs on some days, do yo still aim for same amount of calories?

U might want to cut 500 cals on those days
