Hey coach, I’m doing well with my programming but I’m having lower back pain after a good leg day. What do you recommend to really strengthen up my lower back? I have a reverse hyper but I sometimes feel that the RHE makes the pain worse. I have a GHD as well and have been trying to work in back extensions.
Thank you so much. Listening to your response made me realize how important core was and how I have largely ignored core work as of late. I have left out Deadlift lately as a result of the pain which probably even more provides for the sudden low back pain and degradation of my core strength. Working from home in a chair for 12-16hours a day has not helped either.
