So whenever I BB back squat my lower back always gets a really big “pump” feeling but only on my right side. The muscles on the left side of my lower back are already disproportionately bigger than those on my right side so I want to avoid this getting any worse. I currently squat with a 20 degree squat wedge but have plans to move up to a 30 but I still feel that the wedge degree isn’t the cause of the problem. Is there anything y’all could recommend to fix this?
