Hey coach, I’ve done the powerbuilding program for 12 weeks now and I’m going to restart it. (Amazing results btw thank you!)
I do have a question tho. I’ve been limited by my gym equipment and had to substitute the Hack Squat for a machine called “Perfect Squat”. (Looks like a pendulum squat but worse..without back pad and a lot of pressure on the spine.)
I was wondering if maybe Front Barbell Squats would be a better replacement?
