I am interested in the pec augmentation program! however, I would like to mention that one of my main goals is to form/shape/develop my lower chest so i can have the nice pretty pecs. Is that something that the program will do or is there a little extra guidance or info you may be able to provide that will help me out? Am I doomed to the chest my mom an dad gave me or can I shape this meat? any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all you do!

As far as nutrition is concerned, I’m well aware that to make muscle gains I will need to be in a caloric surplus. That being said, I am pretty happy with my current scale weight and at this point as slightly more interested in body augmentation. So the question really is.. “will i have to just get over the number on the scale and bulk up Nice.. then lean back out? Or is is possible to stay in a very small surplus and still achieve the physique that i want ?”
To what degree should I be concerned with my macro percentages? Mainly protein.
I can count calories all day and eat as much ir little as required.
But there’s just SO much conflicting information out there on percentages.
