Lower day hams focused

    I know this is a very general Q but how would you structure a lower body day with focus on hams (but not neglecting some quads work)?
    I was thinking something like this:
    – a leg curl variation to activate the hams
    – RDL
    – leg press
    – leg curl variation not used in A1
    – hypertension (focus on hams and glutes)
