One of our training coaches in my gym say:
So straps bench lateral raise has a few issues with it but definitely gives stimulation.
The bench causes scapular path issues which gives stimulation feedback but not healthy for the shoulder. The wrist position of the strap also gives less stability than the hand.
Both things will give you a heightened feeling but the actually contraction will be less since the exercise isn’t stabilized correctly 🤓
what do you think of that Joe or Bryce?
