    Hi joe !

    I’ve Been loving the programme so far! I had a bit of a query about lying cuff laterals. I find sometimes my traps seem to be taking over a lot, after a set I often feel more ‘burn’ in my traps than in my lats. I was wondering if you had any queues or tips that may help with this? When I do a set I try and keep my hands twisted in ‘pouring the milk’ queue,I make sure I lead with my elbows & I keep my arms slightly below my shoulders at the full lengthened position. Any tips or tricks would be a massive help!
