I’ve tried searching around the site, but I wasn’t able to find a simple and concise answer; so I’m going to be lazy and ask here!
I’m running the Push, Pull, Lower program. My gym doesn’t have a lying leg curl machine. What is the best alternative exercise to substitute in its place? I should also mention, my gym’s seated leg curl machine lacks the bracing thigh pad, so it’s sufficient with an added belt but less than ideal.
I know how much we need curls to grow those hanging hams. Thank you for you’re time.
