I have an issue while i train my legs, I’m currently doing the Anti-flamingo program, and there is a lying leg curl 4th in the workout, and by that point of the workout i can’t feel nothing at my hamstring, even with low weight and full time mind muscle connection, i can’t feel the pump or anything in my hams, maybe only my calves.
What can i do to feel the exercise better at that point of the workout? Or maybe can you suggest me an alternative for that exercise that hit the same purpose of that exercise at the point of the workout.
