Lying Leg Curl Question

    Hey guys!

    I saw in the “lower” workout – both seated and lying leg curls are prescribed. I have a seated leg curl machine in my home gym so that’s covered, but for lying leg curls I saw the recommended alternative is to do them banded.

    My question is, if I have a cable machine/column in my home gym, would it be more beneficial to perform the lying leg curls on my bench with my feet hooked to the cable via ankle cuffs similar to how it is shown in the banded instructional video? I like the thought of the set up & constant tension associated with the cable, but just wanted to make sure I would be getting the appropriate stimulus 🙂
