So was the grip options on this machine row are kinda weird, I’m using a neutral/supinated grip in the picture because it allows me to get the best stretch before the machine bottoms out. But the handles are pretty wide out and as a result my upper arm is pretty far out from my body. Is it ideal for me to continue to do my machine rows like this even though my upper arm is so flared out? Or should I opt to a machine row with a upper back bias?

I actually have the same machine. I use the neutral grip, but also tried using super short handles and putting them around and that worked well (allowing for more elbow freedom too). But what I find the best for that one is simply doing single arm. Then it just comes down to nailing allignment through body position

No your 100% right, I’ve done them SA before and it’s everything u just described. I’m just curious for the sake of time.
