Hey guys. I do not have any machine presses where I workout so would you be opposed to me doing the same variation but with cables? The recommended alternative is a dumb bell press which is the first exercise on the workout so I didn’t want to do them twice. Or would you prefer I do a regular barbell press?
Thanks Joe. I was never really a fan of the barbell chest press. I just never felt like I got that great of a contraction. But my first week I did a cable press instead and like you said, trying to mimic the converging press made me feel like I was getting a much better contraction. So I’ll stick with the cables then.
