I have a membership to a gym chain where there are plenty of different locations to go to in the area. Some of them have different machines for the same body part. My question is is how important is it that I use the same exact machine for a specific exercise to progress in the log book? For example my chest supported machine row at one gym is a little different than one at another location, therefore the load and how it fits my structure may be slightly different. Is it okay to use different machines for an exercise or is it crucial to stay on the same one throughout a program. Thank you for everything you guys do !
