    With the diet tracker, set at weight lose and maintaining muscle, I’m finding it fairly easy to stick to the calories but it’s been quite a challenge to stick to the fat and carb macros. Is this something I really need to focus more on or is ultimately the calories and protein the biggest keys to focus on?
