I’m just wondering when I’ve just adjusted my macros which added a further 250cals after check in, it’s give me these macros. I personally think the fat intake is quite high on these and the carbs are low? I’ve adjust them so that my carb intake is 50% and protein pretty much stays the same and lowered fats to around 85g.
Was just wondering was there a reason for this or have I done the right thing to adjust them? Cheers
