A while back I asked you what to use as a main pressing exercise instead of low inc. dbell if I have outgrown the dbells in my gym. You suggested flat machine, than roller flye and than the low inc press. I did, progressed for weeks, and now I find myself at the same crossroad, I have outgrown the heavyest dbell as a 3rd exercise too (10+ reps). Could you suggest something how to progress from here? What to use as a main press/as an incline on “push day”? I was thinking about either dropping the exercise and using the roller flye as an “incline movement” (low to high cable path), or I could use banded dbell press. Or anything you suggest :). Sadly, my main problem still exist: regular angle incline, barbell incline and the incline machines I have access to does not sit well with my shoulders.
