I’ve had a nagging quad injury that has been ongoing for about 3 years now. The only time it had ever completely gone away was when I took a decent sized break from hitting legs. About 2 weeks ago I finished up the push pull legs program. I was able to do damn near the entire program and all the leg day. However towards the last few workouts I had to stop early because the pain had become too much. (Like most meatheads) I have been stubborn about taking time off or even getting my pain checked out. But I’m finally gona try to do something about it. In the meantime while I’m getting the injury sorted out, would you suggest completely avoiding and quad exercises? Or should I do what I can do just to maintain tissue? Sorry for the long post. Thanks for all the help!
