    Hi guys!

    Was just wondering, when coming off of a long gaining phase where you’ve been increasing calories and bodyweight slowly over a long period of time, is it beneficial to have a maintenance phase for a time before going into a deficit?

    Heard the reasoning of letting your body adjust to the new bodyweight set point for say 4 weeks before dropping calories…
