Hi guys I’m working through a half body split at the moment having just finished doing a GBC Poliquin type program for 3 weeks to try and get the BF down a bit. I’m trying initiate the defecit with more cardio/metabolic work hence the GBC prior. My question is how would you manipulate the half body split to include more density/energy expenditure? Add more metabolic pump work at the end of a session? Additional back off sets (recovery permitting)? Off day cardio (which is what I have been doing currently). Hope this makes sense, thanks in advance
