want to ask about MCT oil from nutts before workout or just as a source of healthly fats during the day.
My little pre workout meal what i eat cca 70-90 minutes pre workout is:
60g – rice powder + 25g whey isolate + 5g bio cacao + 1-2g bio reishi + 3g inulin – fiber
can adding some MCT oil there for example 5-10g have some benefit for performance?
I can buy this MCT very cheap – but the source are nutts and i dont know if it is good or not.
C8: cca 70%
C10: cca 30%
C6: max 2%
C12: max 1%
