So this is my first month with this program and I’ve gained 4 lbs which is great but when I entered it in the app told me I need to cut back and recalculated my Macros which I’m fine with I wanted to know if you could provide guidance on hitting the numbers exactly or maybe recommendations for meals of just protein and fats with no carbs as I’ve been asked to do? Love the program so far!

Wow! In the 8 years I’ve been lifting no one has ever been that straightforward and honest! That helps my mindset so much since I tend to get hung up on those little carbs! I hope this works and I’ll be as consistent as I can. I’m a hard gainer so mentally it’s always challenging. Thank you again!
