I’m wondering if the time at which you eat certain foods do they have a different effects on blood sugar or energy? I eat the same breakfast most mornings (protein pancakes and fruit) but have noticed if I eat that before 10am I feel like I need to take a nap and have brain fog after than I would if I eat after 10am. Could it be that I’m consuming too many carbs too early in the morning? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Loving the HC university!
