Hi mate hope you don’t mind me asking a quick question but I’m just wondering do you count your post workout meal (I usually have protein and cereal) as one of your meals within your calories? I tend to have 5 meals (PWO meal) included. I used to have 5 meals (but without the PWO meal included) , you obviously burn Cals during training so you don’t want to end your days lower than planned if that makes sense. I’m currently on a slight bulking phase atm as well. And can I ask do you do cardio when in your bulk phase, again I aim for 10-12k a day which I do get anyway with work and general activities, I know I don’t want to burn much calories through doing to much but I’m just curious to what your thoughts and own opinion is?
