When I generate my meal plan I only select 3 meals a day and each one portions out correctly to between 50-60g each meal of each macro. My questions is when actually weighing out the portions say 50g of chicken does not really seem like a lot. Do you usually go by grams when you are prepping or ounces? I’ve always done ounces, so grams is a bit confusing for me or just seems smaller than what I would normally eat. Do you also weigh your food cooked or uncooked?
Eating my macros is pretty easy except when it comes to sources of fat. What are some sources of good fat that would work or you guys recommend? All I know of are olive oil, almonds (nuts in general), and avocado.
