So i was wondering that if the measurements of the macros matters
I eat around 1g per pound of BW and my fat intake 20% – 30% from my daily calorie intake and the rest of my calories are carbs amd my goal is to lose 0.5 pound per week so just basic stuff
Does the 40% 40% 20% or 60% 20% 15% split matters realy?
Some of the couches told me that this is the right macro for what goal u want to reach
Is that reallu true?
