    Hey coach,

    So I’m currently doing the 12 week challenge and I’m struggling this week to hit sessions – I have endometriosis which normally means I have to take 3 – 5 days out, 2 to 3 of those days being bed bound – sucks!
    I try to stick to maintenance calories during this time to help the craving that come along with it, I always feel hungry when it hits and I figured maintenance is better than deficit more for the general health of the people around me and my mood swings 😂
    Do you have any tips on training when I feel at my weakest due to the cycle and what food types I should be focusing on?
